Hi all, as the title says, what are your best hints and tips when sewing with satin besides the obvious one of DON'T (it's too late I've already bought metres & metres of it).

I eagerly await your answers :)

pin well, it will slip!

Take your time!

Use a new needle!

Oh and make sure you get your pattern right on grain, otherwise it will warp.. :)

The needle one is really important too - if it's not sharp, you'll end up with ugly pulls.. :)
