Not Texas Rangers but Tesla Rangers....

I will be looking for suggestions for Shirt, Pants (mole skin), Coat, Vest and Boots... not sure if i can be fussed with a vest.. not really a Vest guy ...

As for my Weapons I have bought a lever action toy gun that I intend to mod with a new metal barrel some LEDs and a fake capacitor, for my side arm I have a Nerf Strongarm with I intend to mod to something similar.

I will post up some pics from other peoples kits later on..

the Capacitor will sit where the speaker is, maybe slightly forward so i can keep the speaker in place for the sound si plan to have played from it

So the above gun arrived.. very under sized.. to the point it is laughable... went to a mate of mine with it we both laughed.. and i decided to build a Tesla Inspired Rifle from scratch.. this will be epic...

Has anyone found any local supplier with stone or white moleskin fabric... As I really think I could get some pants made up cheaper than $160 for rm ones..

I haven't but will keep eyes peeled for you.  Alternatively you could try dying a pale pair of jeans to a suitably close moleskin colour?

Pugs - our Memberships officer, Robert mentioned to me a couple of weekends ago that Harris Scarfe usually have moleskin-esque pants in their menswear section.  He was wearing a pair and they were pretty spot on.  I know it's change of season but you could have a look.
