Sorry for the late posting.. I'll admit I thought this was already up!

We're doing the Georgian Picnic on 9 October at 11am, we'll again be having this at Sherwood Forest Park.

For those of you that didn't join us last year, the best entrance is the Jolimont St one.  If you follow the path from the parking lot, keep to the left as it passes the toilets and goes up the hill (don't cross the bridge/waterway).  We will be at the crest of the hill under the overlooking the river.

This city council map is not very helpful as it doesn't show the paths, but the toilet block is on the path on the rise up the hill/ridge where we will be.

There is also a facebook event going to discuss foodstuffs, so if you want in on that, let me know.

So far we have:

Charlie bringing sandwiches (loves them we does!) and probably a table

Cherie bringing bramback and strawberries and a table

Beth is bringing macarons!

Thanks for posting this Cherie.

Yup, I'll be bringing the 'Sammiches of Delicious', a table or two, an extra rug and a couple of chairs. Oh and I'm bringing a Christine as well, but not a Cheryl.

See you Sunday!

My rules for costuming:
Don't sew without tea. And don't cut fabric after 10pm. But the most important rule, the rule you can never forget... no matter how much you cry or how close the deadline... never, never operate machinery after midnight.
