Hey, i'm going to make myself a Prior of the Ori Costume... and i was wondering where abouts i could buy some material that matches the under shirt, with the long sleeves.

Also any ideas on where i could get a pattern for it, or something similar?
thanks

B3820 seems like a good pattern for the undershirt, but I am not sure about the hood. Try looking through the pattern siites on the net, like butterick.com or mcalls. or try looking through the pattern books at your local Spotlight or material shop...

It sounds like a Butterick pattern number to me, so either your local Spotlight or Lincraft store. Or if you're lucky enough to have an independent that sells their patterns.

Wow! This is going to be a great costume!

As for the shirt fabric, I've seen that fabric at Spotlight and Lincraft before! I can't remember exactly what it's called, but it's a shot fabric (so two different colours for warp and weft) and it's usually in with all the formal fabrics.

No worries! I wish I could remember what it's called! I've usually seen it in bright colour combinations (red/purple, green/blue). I can pretty much guarantee you'll find it at Spotlight, as I've always seen it there! I'd say you'll be looking for a grey or silver with white I think.

Thanks guys! I REALLY appreciate it. I have no idea when it comes to these things, i'm organising it all and then going to get my grandma to sew it, the most i've ever made is a pillow case in year 8 like 5 years ago lol.
