Does anyone know how to make a Facinator?

My friend wants me to make her one for the races cause i'm apparently all "artsy crafty" I said yeah sure before realising i wouldn't have a clue where to start I know spot light had a little book thing on them once but i cant find it in my local store any one know where i could find informion on how to make one? i've tried googleing but all it comes up with is people that will make them for you.

I've ususally found that by the time you buy all of the bits and pieces, you may as well go to David Jones and buy one wink.gif

A facinator can be whatever you want. A flower, a bit of netting, a tiny top hat and/or a bunch of feathers. Ask your friend for pictures of ones she likes and it'll be much easier to figure it out from there.

Hi thanks for your help that link was really good. I knda just went nuts with the glue gun and a whole buch of feathers, ribbon, lace and flowers didn't turn out to bad though i'll put a photo up when i get a chance smile.gif
