After getting my copy of IRON MAN through Amazon.uk last week (and having watched it 3 times since), I feel Inspired to at least 'Attempt' an IRON MAN Armour

Mine won't be 'exact', but any means, and I'll be 'Cheating' where I have to, but, I'd still welcome Links to the Blueprints if anyone knows of them....for Inspiration and Ideas, if nothing else

Hardest part I'll have to deal with, is getting some kind of suitable 'Helmet' (preferably something I can just Buy in a Store)....any Ideas on that one?

Thanks :-)

I recently discovered a site called "Instructables" where people post how they have done ........stuff......... and several people have posted how they have made Ironman costumes and bits - ranging from simple through to amazingly detailed

http://www.instructables.com/home

just search ironman and Good Luck - Post pictures of your progress!

fettster on therpf also has a very nice Iron man build: http://www.therpf.co...ead.php?t=43581
NAS (nightmare armor studios) also did some very nice sculpts, but its not on their site, so you might have to look around for pics of it.

If you want an easier way to make it, rather than sculpting it, you could always try pepakura, just google "Iron Man Pepakura files" for all the info you should need.

Just started my own suit.

I started posting links of it in the SF section of the forum...hopefully one of the nice administrators will pluck the post from the wrong category and put it into this category where it belongs.

Better pictures will be forthcoming.
