Hi

I am looking for a pattern to make a military style dress.

I want a pencil skirt on the dress with full button up front.

Depends on what you're calling Military style smile.gif (Got a pic you can show us?)

But if you can find a top that works for you, it shouldn't be too hard to add a pencil skirt pattern to it. If you want it to button all the way through just add both seam allowance and a button stand to the CF fold line (and don't put the zip in the back).
