Hi everyone
Need Help!!!!
I have a Singer 2662 sewing machine
I'm attempting to do button holes with the one step function.
No problem there, the top of the fabric looks great,
but when I turn the fabric over, the button hole cotton is all looped and bunched up?
How can I fix this problem, it works fine on normal sewing only when doing button holes

ummm, I'd be muttering nasty words at my machine ... and have done before now. Have you tried re-threading the machine and checked that the bobbin is correctly inserted? Sometimes that helps, and does the manual have a trouble shooting page? I'm not familiar with your machine model so can't offer anything too much more useful than that.

Last time that happened to me was because the buttonholes were facing towards a bulky-ish seam. I was using a large buttonhole foot (the type that slides along a frame) and it was getting caught on the seam. I switched to an old-fashioned buttonhole foot (they type that looks like a regular foot but has a large channel down the middle) and the buttonholes came out perfect.
