Okay, so I have a victorian based steampunk outfit slowly in the making , ive done a few sketches (which i will put up soon) and have a few bits and bobs.
But i dont honestly know much about steampunk :/ and what things it should or should not have, what patterns are good, material etc etc.
Ive never done anything histroically based before so it's a bit daunting

Hey Juna, don't get too hung up on what 'right' or 'wrong' for Steampunk biggrin.gif it's not like a period recreation costume where you can document whether a garment, style, colour or accessory is period accurate or not.

The worldframe is fiction based so there's a lot more freedom in how you look. The joy is that you can take bits of a Victorian era costume and mix it up with something modern, or medieval, or futuristic, lol! It's more about what you (or the person you choose to be wink.gif ) would be wearing if you actually lived in this worldframe.

Looking forward to seeing your initial ideas for your costume, so do post them soon!
