I'll be coming in time for the meeting at 2pm, unfortunately I have to go to one of the dreaded family picnics on Sunday at Bribie, so I'm apologising in advance if I'm late.
Hopefully we'll have some exciting stuff to talk about including our FIRST OFFICIAL EVENT of the year, the Trivia Night! wooooo!

I'll find a air-rifle and utilise my uncle's technique of ridding the house of spiders.... One air rifle without bullets, aim at spider, watch spider go "SPLAT"...
2nd funniest thing I saw that day.... The funniest? Watching my aunt chase him around the house because she had to clean up splattered spiders.. hehe

We talked first about some mail I've received on our behalf (including a thank you from the Ipswich Girls Grammar Old Girls Association), and the fact that a couple of us appeared in the Abbey's 2009 pictures.
We also talked about the Trivia Night, the relevant thread has the information needed there... Don't forget to PM Angela if you need her address!
We also talked about the possibility of us having a booth at the Stitches and Craft Fair in September - ideally we'd like everyone to be involved and we also talked about some ideas for what we can do including:
- photo board - would require some photoshoots to showcase costumes
- possibility of us getting a banner
- costumes displayed and worn throughout the four days
- bonnet workshops - deocrating simple 1880's hats?
- would be nice to have everyone involved during the day - it'll be alot of work, but it's a great opportunity
If you have any ideas, and are interested, let me know!
Not sure if I left anything out (other than us having CAKE! for birthdays!), for those that were there, if I've missed anything, please add the info to this thread..
