Hey, hey, hey, no it's not Fat Albert, it's me!

Just a reminder that our monthly meeting is on Sunday 6th June. Same ol' same ol'. Welcome from 10am for the sewing madness with the meeting at 2pm (scheduled). We have found the last couple of time that when everyone is there at 11am we have the meeting and continue sewing.

Please indicate if you are coming along, and if you only are coming for the meeting please let us know! (that way we don't have it when you are not there!)

Lot's to talk about but new topic of discussion are always welcome!
to mention a few;
History Alive
Kay's visit to QLD
Medieval Fair (including the banquet)


New, old, forum members...please feel free to come along and have a chat/share your costuming triumphs or perhaps you need a hand with something?


It is at my place this month (Rebecca's) so if you do not have my address please PM me! We would love to see you there!

I'll be there as I have it written on my calendar and I need a break from study. The head is about to explode! But what to sew???

Hi all

Thank you so much Bec for opening your home to us and cooking us a yummy lunch. It was really great to have something warm on a cool day. On a personal note it was great to catch up with everyone as I feel I've dropped off the face of the Earth since Uni and it was such a timely break for me. I've realized now that I need to balance my time between Uni and personal life and I miss sewing so much. It's a creative outlet for me. And so, you will be seeing a lot more of me, I'm dusting off the sewing machine and if it takes me a year to sew a vest together, then it takes me a year. lol. Love to you all.
