Now I know what you're thinking - "does he want two sugars or only one?" Well to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I've kind of lost track myself.
But being that I don't like my coffee too strong or too sweet, you’ve got to ask yourself one question – "do you feel lucky" – well do you, punk?

As for what we are doing well I'll be headed to the old Adelaide Gaol with Calixta for the afterparty.

At this point, if I can find one, I'm probably going to zombiefy a wedding dress from Salvos. Not particularly original, but it's the best I can think of in my flu-ey state.

Now I can agree that 3000+ people wondering down a popular street is going to cause some problems but it just won't have the same impact as last year. I reckon it's also because of the complaints all the shop owners made about their shopfronts being smeared with blood or their patrons being hassled. Oh and apparently there's a clean-up zombie crew this year to tidy up after us.
But a change in route is better than being cancelled I guess.

I have absolutely no clue what to do as far as this part is concerned, and I feel as though it would be silly to just show up in a torn-up zombie outfit while lacking any make-up.
So yeah... advice/help/suggestions/other?

Keep in mind the majority of those attending aren't going to bother with or even have access to proper latex or make-up kits and and will probably just be drenched in blood. Simple and probably enough for Zombie Walk.

You can look on the net for examples of zombie make-up. Get a cheap face painting kit and use that. I did the first year and still had fun.
I'll be a pretty fresh zombie this year ... it's more about participation and having fun than anything else

Make-up is always up to you! I've seen thoroughly decayed zombies as well as the freshly bitten. When it comes to blood, you can find a variety of fake blood at most party stores, but i've found the best stuff is "Bloody Scab". Apparently you can get it at Peter Van the Party Man (according to my friends last year). I'm heading down on Tuesday afternoon to see if they still have it.
Looks like jam, easy to apply and take off as well. I used it last year along with some white face paint/cream and dark eyeshadow for my bullet-riddled bride. Simple but effective
