I have been approached by the Qld Women’s Historical Association at Miegunyah House about the Guild attending a High Tea, which is being run in conjunction with an exhibition titled “A Simple Silver Spoon” and will feature a variety of old and interesting spoons. The tea will be held at the Miegunyah House on Sunday 15th from 2pm – 4pm.
It is the same weekend as our Titanic events, but is there anyone interested in going along to the house for a short time on Sunday in costume? I’m yet to confirm whether there is a specific era they’re looking for, but in the past they’ve enjoyed us coming in a variety eras, and we have in the past also had somewhere to change into our dresses. Please list out if you’re interested so I can let the organisers know.

ETA: Apparently they're keen on costumes from 1890 - 1925.....

It is all confirmed, seven of us going!
No fees that I'm aware of. Another potential event was mentioned as well - more on that to come!
