Does anybody know where to get the sleeve patches (Project Earth and the team patch) for SG1 locally?
I've ordered some from the States, but as is my luck lately, I do not think they will arrive in time. Perhaps even a member has a set that they haven't gotten around to using or no longer need or know someone who has?

Don't know of any local suppliers, you could try collectable Kaos or movie maniacs. Some of the dealers from the conventions might do mail order as well.
If you don't find any or have slow post I have a couple of SG-1s and 1 earth gate symbol one you could borrow( also got airforce eagles depending on what season you're doing)
next question, where do you get the velcro for applying patches? It'd be handy to have them exchangeable between outfits.

you could try a hardware store for small velco patches or spot types, craft stores or the ever faithful spotlight.
i think that they have it on a roll

I'm pretty sure there is an Adelaide seller on ebay who has them. If not, I know of someone interstate who was over here at terra nova who also sells the patches.
Lincraft and spotlight don't have velcro that's wide enough. I think you can get heavy duty velcro from hardware stores though, but I havent looked.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, the Adelaide seller is rather dear however, I can get 2 from the States for the same price of one here in Adelaide, but if theres no other option I may have to use them.
My old work used to have sheets of velcro for making into things for cars, but they stopped doing it and I never found out where they got it from.

I know no one has posted in this thread for a wile, but it didn't seem to be completely resolved. I just ordered all three patches from this Australian online store - http://www.gateworldcollectables.com.au/products.php?cPath=6
$40 for all three, which is better than $40 each that I've seen them go for on eBay in Australia.

It was resolved with one day to spare, but any new info on Australia suppliers is excellent. Thanks for that link!

When I was making a "Moonraker" costume for my boyfriend and he needed a patch, he just downloaded the image off the internet and printed it onto t-shirt transfer stuff. I then ironed it on to white drill and overlocked around the edge! Looked good enough from a foot away.
