I have been loking through the internet at some random naruto cosplayers (God bless the internet)
when i found an amazing Inner Sakura on Deviantart.com
I instantly fell in love with the costume and have decided i must have a Sakura and Inner Sakura
I think i may be stuck doing sakura, but Ken has agreed to do inner sakura

Im not sure what this costume is made of though,
and how to create the head for it,
im thinking of making a circle out of wire coat hangers,
but im still not sure what material to use
Im going to change some of the colours such as the hair and dress to black,


Any ideas?

The front one looks shiny like some sort of satin. Personally I would do it in cotton because it would be easier to sew, but also give you a nice bright colour.

The back one is probably cotton or poly-cotton. The head is probably made just like the mascot (fursuit) ones. I'd expect that the mouth area is either cotton voile or bridal tulle and that is where you see out of. You probably want something a little more solid than a coat hanger. Have a look at what Alex the lion and Zwabbe have done for their head bases and have a look around the net too.
