So trying to wrok out which costumes I want to do for Sydnova (or Armageddon if i decide to go) I've settled on Bab 5's Army of Light.

ANd I've decided to finally cross over to the geek side (if i haven't already) by doing a Star Wars character.

Do you guys think I would do a better Jedi or Sith?

LOL, I'd pick the costume I most wanted to make. After looking at Dressing the Galaxy, it's the minor characters who's costumes I most want. I think the force is with them (but have no real idea)

So I have decided. *drums rolls* Jedi!

And since this is going to be my very first Star Wars costume and making it from scratch (yay pre-existing leather working skills) except for the boots. I have chosen a fairly stereo typical outfit. I going to base mine off Obi-Wan's Ep 1 costume, with a few liberties. Like the buckle and pouchs. I'm gonna make them myself aswell.

I've always wanted to make a jedi costume, and despite thinking I could pull off a better sith. What a friend said to me clinched it. Even though she had been petitioning for me to join join the dark side, when I told her the above, she told me to do a jedi. Which made sense to me.

I'll may do a Sith eventually. That way I can get a double light saber or a 2nd and put my firetwirling and acrobatic skills to work!

Yes, I'm light side for life so I must complete my custom jedi, but I did come up with a nifty Sith name on a whim for a certificate for a friend, so I'll probably eventually do a sith as well wink.gif
